Likewise, a significant number of disputes are simply not mediated because the parties believe the amount in dispute does not justify a mediation. A traditional mediation could cost upwards of $7,000 or more per day (plus administrative fees) at the large mediation firms.
To encourage the possibility of resolving these matters, we offer a unique half-day (four-hour) mediation, for cases where the dispute involves claims that are less than $35,0000. As detailed below, our fee structure provides the opportunity to mediate a dispute for only $800 per party in mediator's fees.
